INSTONE Marble & Granite, LLC warrants that your
Countertop, Vanity Top, Desk Top, Fireplace Surround,
Threshold, Tub Deck, and Floor fabricated by INSTONE
Marble & Granite, LLC is free from material defects in
the Granite, Marble, Travertine, Onyx, Limestone, Slate,
or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the
date of installation. This one (1) year warranty period
covers material purchased directly from and/or through
INSTONE Marble & Granite, LLC with the exception of
those items specifically excluded below.

EXCLUSIONS &
LIMITATIONS:
INSTONE
Marble & Granite, LLC will not be liable for the
following items, which are specifically excluded from
coverage under this warranty: Staining caused by
environmental conditions, vandalism, acts of God or
failure to perform regular cleaning and maintenance. |

THIS
WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE PROVISIONS STATED ABOVE AND
NO OTHER WARRANTY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED EXISTS. THE
IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED EXCEPT AS
PROVIDED HEREIN. THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE IN
EITHER TORT OR CONTRACT FOR ANY LOSS OR DIRECT
CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES. |

Who is Covered:
This warranty covers the purchaser of the Granite,
Marble, Travertine, Onyx, Limestone, or Slate
Countertop, Vanity Top, Desk Top, Fireplace Surround,
Threshold, Tub Deck and Floor as long as it has not been
moved from its original installation location. Upon
verification of a valid claim made against this warranty
INSTONE Marble & Granite, LLC will at its option repair
or replace the defective material.To make a claim
against this warranty, a description of the problem must
be submitted in writing to the following address:

All claims against this warranty must be verified by a
designated
INSTONE Marble & Granite Employee.
The cost of repair or
replacement shall be borne by INSTONE Marble & Granite,
LLC or its authorized representatives and includes the
labor charges necessary for repair or replacement. If
replacement of the stone is deemed necessary,
replacement will be made with material nearly identical
as possible to the original stone in color, grain, and
grade.
This warranty does not cover the cost of any
repairs or replacement undertaken prior to your receipt
of written claim verification from INSTONE Marble &
Granite, LLC. |
